Casper, WY – According to the officials, after few hours on field, authorities left the area without taking anyone into custody.
Police officials responded to the area of 26th and Jefferson streets around 6:10 p.m. and asked a witness whether they could use his roof to survey the scene.
Police were calling out to someone inside the apartment.
They told the person to come out with their hands up and around 8 p.m., they’ve entered the apartment building.
Streets were blocked off at Jefferson and 25th and 26th and McKinley.
