Casper, WY – According to the police officials, the 53-year-old Olinza Headd, local resident, has been arrested in the fatal shooting of Eugene Hogan III.
CPD officers responded to a shooting call to the 4700 block of Tranquility Way the evening of January 13.
When the officers arrived on scene, they found Hogan inside with several gunshot wounds.
After a long investigation, the investigators found out that Headd entered the apartment with a gun and shot Hogan multiple times before leaving the scene.
