Casper, WY – According to the city officials, it’s a robust tool that gives users access to City news, job openings, meetings and agendas, bill-pay as well as reporting street damage and other traffic concerns.

Officials also said that the app is available for both Apple and Android devices by searching Connect Casper. Current Casper 311 can continue using this platform to submit requests

The City’s existing app, Casper 311, was exclusively a reporting and request system for the Streets and Traffic divisions, and while Connect Casper will continue this important feature by integrating Casper 311 technology, the City also wants to engage with citizens on other significant matters like news, Council meetings, job openings and paying utility bills.

App users can make nine different request types including Streets, Code Enforcement and Solid Waste.
