Governor’s order lays out conditions for Wyoming restaurants to sell beer, wine for take-out

Wyoming Governor Mark Gordon has signed an executive order which allows restaurants and bars and grills in Wyoming to sell malt beverages and wine along with take-out and curbside food orders amid the COVID-19 coronavirus in-house dining closure orders.

The order, which will remain in effect until April 17, comes with a number of conditions.

For example, a Wyoming liquor license is required and law enforcement must be notified before a business can sell alcohol with take-out or curbside pickup orders.
