Casper, WY – According to the statement, these will be happening Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays in Downtown Casper and Old Yellowstone District from 5 p.m. to 10 p.m.
The council approved this so community members can enjoy alcohol in the businesses in this area.
People participating will wear wristbands to show they are old enough to drink. Community members aren’t allowed to bring their own alcohol.
This was passed last year and not many people attended.
