Casper, WY – According to the statement, on March 30, 2023, at 1:00 p.m. the Casper City Council will reportedly hold a special meeting for the purposes of considering a resolution authorizing the City Manager to sign a letter of intent to enter into discussions and negotiations for land contiguous to the National Historic Trails Interpretive Center.
