Casper, WY – According to the report, his name is Stephen Franklin Green, 73-year-old.
Stephen Franklin Green had been hospitalized at Carbon County Hospital in Rawlins.
The inmate was originally convicted of Attempted First Degree Murder in Laramie County Wyoming on December 18, 1998 and sentenced to life by District Court Judge Kalokathis.
Autopsy will be conducted to determine cause of death.
Stephen Franklin Green was born on January 27, 1948 in Sioux Falls, SD.
