The Wyoming Department of Health reported an additional 338 confirmed COVID-19 cases in the state

Casper, WYOMING – According to the health officials, the new cases are bringing the state’s total to 78,179.

The number of new probable cases rose by 135.

There are 2,482 active confirmed cases in Wyoming.

No additional COVID-19-related deaths were reported Friday. 

There have been 26 fully vaccinated people who were hospitalized after contracting COVID-19 since May 1. 

There were 58 COVID-19 patients at the Wyoming Medical Center on Wednesday and 39 at the Cheyenne Regional Medical Center. 

74,824 people have recovered from a lab confirmed case and 18,958 have recovered from a probable case since the pandemic began.
