Wyoming – Mark Gordon sent a letter to attendees of the Wyoming Republican Party’s 2026 State Convention in Douglas, emphasizing the state’s role as a national example of Republican governance.

In his message, Gordon pointed to Republican leadership across local, state, and federal levels as evidence of Wyoming’s continued influence in advancing conservative principles.

He wrote that the state values faith, life, liberty, free enterprise, and fiscal responsibility, while also stressing the importance of personal responsibility and limited government.

The governor also highlighted Wyoming’s representation in Washington, D.C., citing the leadership of John Barrasso, Cynthia Lummis, and Harriet Hageman as part of a broader effort to deliver results for the state.

Gordon said his administration has worked to maintain the state’s core values while pursuing policies he described as essential for families and communities.

He added that this approach has contributed to Wyoming’s success and reinforced its national standing.

The letter also referenced a recent ranking by Morning Consult, which placed Gordon as the most popular governor in the nation, an improvement from his previous ranking.

Gordon concluded by thanking Wyoming Republicans for their continued efforts and encouraging reflection on the nation’s founding principles and the state’s future.

He described it as an honor to serve as Wyoming’s 33rd governor and closed with a message of appreciation for both the country and the state.
