The Wyoming Department of Health reported an additional 352 new COVID-19 cases in the state

Casper, WY – According to the health officials, the new cases are bringing the state’s total to 59,938.

Natrona County health officials reported 43 new COVID-19 cases, bringing the county’s total to 6,692.

There are 335 active COVID-19 cases in the county.

The number of COVID-19 patients in Wyoming hospitals rose to 174 on Wednesday.

No additional COVID-19-related deaths were reported Wednesday. 

56,700 patients have recovered from a confirmed case statewide, and 11,621 have recovered from a probable case.

According to the health officials, about 92% of the virus infections in Wyoming and in our region are due to the Delta variant.
