Casper, WY – According to the police officials, this unfortunate incident occurred Tuesday.

His name is James Murphy and he was walking around with a gun after getting a call from his mother that her dog had been killed by another dog.

The mother had been walking her two dogs and they encountered a German Shepheard who had broken its collar and began attacking one of the dogs.

After the two dogs had been separated, the other dog began attacking the German Shepheard, which caused those dogs to attack each other, resulting in the German Shepheard killing it.

The mother then called Murphy, who said he was going to find the German Shepheard and kill it.

The 35-year-old man received a citation for breach of peace and had his gun taken away as evidence.

This incident is under investigation.
