The Southeast Cyclones ended up taking 4th place at this year’s State Tournament in Casper

Casper, WY – In the quarterfinal round, the Cyclones lost to Meeteetse in a thrilling match 23-25, 25-23, 25-14, 17-25, and 15-13. But Southeast rebounded in the consolation round with a victory over Burlington 25-17, 25-20, and 25-15.

In the consolation championships, the Cyclones ended the season on the right foot with a 25-11, 25-8, and 27-25 win over Upton.

Southeast had 2 players that were named all-state; Jordan Stoddard and Becca Foos. Three other players earned all-conference distinction; Sydney Anderson, Brenna Herring, and Kealy Carson.

This team went 20-5 on the year but they’ll only Foos to graduation. The Cyclones will definitely be a factor in 2021. Check out our short video of the Southeast volleyball team.
